ep7. 想好說什麼，才能更新嗎？讓情緒告白吧
好久不見了各位，過了一個暑假沒有更新內容，其實我們….哪裡也沒有去，在各自的處遇裡兜兜轉轉。這集大概就是把「狀態調整」的樣子搬出來一起聊，想想初衷，看看現下。有時候還是不免覺得，尚未到達自己滿意的位置，但會不會其實完美之地並不存在，人生是不斷的測試版？ 這集也聊反覆糾纏我們的東西，是一種不滿意外在與自己的情緒，可能是能力不被看見，還得跟著繞圈子的無奈，抑或敏感體質越來越容易爆走，即使是很輕微的一個問句或語氣，都足以點燃火山？以上，皆是。 在寒露之際上架，看能不能冷卻一下最近的心緒。終於有涼爽的感覺了，這個秋冬，讓我們靜靜地，完成一件事。《都我在說》的主持人許願能恢復月更（咦）。 備註：

這集是開箱六的腦洞。【都我在說】的主理人之一Sechs(六) 接受另一位主理人Vina的訪問，談為什麼想回家不直接回家，還要先拍片問「我要怎麼回家?」 為什麼想拍家？ 回到南部後，「真的回家了嗎?」 對親人死亡的深層恐懼有解？ 生命得不到的答案，藝術可以回答？ 創作的目的，就是沒有目的 好好生活也是一種創作行為 #不只拍片還要拿來寫論文之沒救了

【都我在說】正式進入第五集，陸續接獲聽眾回饋之後，我們決定來聊聊兩位說話者是誰？為什麼我們想要做這個節目。有人說: 「咦，這不是人家十萬訂閱才做的事嗎?」「這不是第一集要做的事?」 但我們相信，順其自然就是最好的安排。重點是，兩位主持人錄完之後，發現有種「回到初衷」的感覺，就是非常享受與對方的聊天，而且不知不覺會聊進一個境地，我們希望透過頻道與大家分享這個過程，也希望大家看見自己的不同風景。 聽我們頻道很像走進諮商室?
