   in this episode, I have my good friend Jahtiek Long with me talking about our understanding of capacity what that means to us and our experiences with it. I had just came back from a Vietnamese monastery so I am wearing the sun hat to honor and have a physical symbolization of what I was learning out there as well as a tool to cover my head because of how also very sensitive I was at the time of making this episode upon my return.
