<p>Hello and welcome to Walls Tell Tales - a mini-series of podcast interviews with the artists behind the works of art we wander past and wonder at as we wind our ways around the vibrant streets of Waltham Forest.</p><p>This episode was recorded not long after the 2021 E17 Art Trail. This is a pilot for a possible upcoming series which we might pursue depending on what feedback we get from the trial episodes.</p><p>In this episode we talk to E17 based artist and ceramicist, Maud Milton - about how she got into making mosaics, her passion for community-based art and all about the underground station roundels which colourfully greet us at our favourite train stations. </p><p>These podcasts were produced by Engin Hassan and Other Theresa. We would love to interview local makers and creators who are holding exhibitions, running community projects or have plans to do so.
