#2- Teddy Tetak - Developing From a Junior to a DP World Tour Player
<p>Tadeáš “Teddy” Teťák is a Slovak professional golfer who began playing at age five and rose through top junior programs at IMG and Bishops Gate before competing for South Carolina and UCF. A decorated junior and national team member, he made global noise with a 65 at the 2017 U.S. Junior Amateur. After turning pro, he won the 2023 Riedhof Open and added two ProGolfTour victories in 2024, finishing 3rd in the Order of Merit to earn Challenge Tour status. His strong performance at DP World Tour Q-School secured his 2025 Tour card, making him the first Slovak golfer to reach that level. With a T-13 finish at the 2025 Magical Kenya Open and ambitions for the world top-50 and the 2028 Olympics, Teddy continues to establish himself as Slovakia’s breakthrough talent in professional golf.</p><p><br></p>

<p>John Scott Rattan is a nationally respected golf coach and the Director of Instruction at Congressional Country Club. A standout junior and collegiate player, he was the 1999 Maryland High School Champion, The Washington Post’s 2000 All-Met Golfer of the Year, and an All-SEC performer at the University of Tennessee. After competing professionally for several years, Rattan transitioned into coaching at the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia before moving fully into high-level instruction. Widely recognized for his teaching — including being named the 2020 MAPGA Teacher of the Year — he is known for his holistic, relationship-driven approach to player development for golfers of all ages.</p><p><br></p>
