Hello, lovely human beans of the multiverse. I love you all and I'm so grateful to co-create this community with you.
Welcome to the land of silly stories, raw realities, deep truths, and whatever else comes up in the natural flow of the Rain drops.
Together we are on the journey of evolution; integrating collaboration, creativity, and adaptability to restore the Earth, support all living creatures, and heal the human population.
Nothing less and everything more.
Thanks 4 droppin in.
I love you.
Okay... the truth needs to come out!!
So SO much of this reality is based in capitalism, control, manipulation, and icky sticky brainwashing sales!! I'm OVER IT! And yet I have to admit, I've done it.
Within the personal development world there are so many toxic 'leaders', tactics, and groups that are spreading really low vibrational practices. I've been swindled by some personally and have also spread this energy through some of my own past sale tactics... and it did not feel good.
I'm here to speak my truth and expose the truth. We have to end this by shifting our consumption and creation habits within ourselves.
Let us change the world by changing ourselves.
Let me know what you think about this! I know I'm not the only one...
Protect your heart and use your discernment,

let's talk about physical health...
Transitioning out of a lifetime of believing I was healthy because I was "skinny" has brought me into a deep realization of all I was denying for years.
From a consistent lack of energy to a crazy gut journey, my physical health awakening has been nothing short of life changing.
I spent too long focusing on spiritual and emotional health and ignoring the third element of my physical health. It's all connected and I'm blessed to have uncovered the veil.
Listen to my journey of how I've grown from eating a dozen donuts and a whole quart of ice cream in one sitting to now being super health conscious and intentional with my physical body. It's an exciting journey and I'm honored to share my story with you all.
Enjoy your listen and remember to take care of yourself!!

1. 20k from scratch offs and cows?? | a lesson on goals
Listen up to hear the real life story of how I thought I was going to get $20,000 from scratch offs while hanging out with cows...
Sounds silly, yet it was my reality.
Follow along each step of the journey and wait til the end where you get to hear what I actually received... :O
Let me know what resonates with you from this chaotic venture of mine. I know I lived it for a greater purpose of sharing some good life lessons.
