[…] So then Disney provides the rest of the infrastructure, transportation, shared facilities around the park, everything else. Is $1 million the price or do you know the price? It's not really published how much it is. There are some estimates for some of the companies that came in, some later deals that were and aren't necessarily corroborated by a lot of, I don't see a lot of evidence for it, but someone who did work for the company said that some later pavilions cost about $7 million.
