<p>Christoph "Chutz" Stamm ist einer der beiden Besitzer des Angel's Share in Basel. Er gibt uns charmant und abgewogen Einblicke in die finanzielle und organisatorische Seite eines Barbesitzers in der empfindlich teuren Schweiz. Wieviel kosten ein Mitarbeiter? Ist ein finanzieller Abstand für den Vormieter üblich? Was sind Preiserwartungen der Kunden - und wie wird man überhaupt Wirt mit all dem rechtlichen Rattenschwanz in Basel? All dies sind Fragen, welche wir aufrollen bis Chutz mit dem Kirchen-Glockenschlag die Bar öffnen musste.</p> <p>Inzwischen steht er leider schon nicht mehr hinter dem Tresen.
