If it is, we'll reach out through a servicing company or an attorney Hey, what do you want to do? You know, your note's been sold. If you've ever had a mortgage and you probably 30 days after close, you probably got a letter in the mail saying that your mortgage was sold from ABC to Chase or Countrywide. So it's kind of like that. They get a letter saying, hey, we bought your mortgage. But the fact that I buy it at such a big discount, Brian, gives me the flexibility to negotiate with a bar to turn it into a performing note by offering them a trial payment plan, a loan modification, a forbearance agreement.
