   The Journal Entry That Changed Everything: The Anger Beneath My Grief

   In this episode, I’m sharing a journal entry that uncovered something I didn’t even realize I had been carrying for years: anger. For a long time, I thought I was only dealing with anxiety, depression, jealousy, and feeling stuck. But underneath those emotions was something deeper...the anger I had repressed and never allowed myself to fully acknowledge. Through grief, trauma, and the loss of my parents, I’ve learned that grief is not just sadness. It can also be anger, confusion, resentment, exhaustion, and the pain of accepting a life you never imagined having. In this episode, I talk about recognizing the anger beneath my grief, how it has impacted my nervous system and the way I move through life, and the steps I’m taking to process it in a healthier way. This is a conversation about giving ourselves permission to feel, understanding where our emotions come from, and learning to meet the parts of ourselves that we’ve spent years avoiding.    03- The Missing Step In Your Healing Journey
