The time has come, it's the final episode! As we said in the podcast THANK YOU so so much to all of the amazing people who collaborated with us! We had an amazing time getting to know you all and share your stories with our following. We are super excited for all of our future projects coming up. E.T. Episode 19: Normalise Talking About Our Struggles
This week on Eclectic Talks we discussed pretty much everything again! We do pretty well at staying on track when we have guests on with us but leave us alone for 5 minutes and our brains go mental! In an attempt to summarise all of our insightfulness we talked about making it the "thing" to actually talk about the problems we are facing whilst we are facing them, not after the fact. We all need support and if you are someone who doesn't have that support always feel free to message us. We also talk about different types of therapies and how they have helped us. E.T. Episode 18: Emotional wellbeing in times of conflict
This week on E.T. we talk about emotional well-being in times of conflict. We talk about times when we might find ourselves deeling with conflict and how we might respond to these situations. As ND's we both struggle with conflict, however, we do manage to find ourselves in the path of conflict on a regular basis. Because of this we have had to put a lot of effort into thinking about how to resolve these situations or avoid them where possible. We share with you some random stories, tips and ramble relentlessly!
