I have a skill with words and I like to use music to weave stories and ideas together in a Flow Talk. It's not quite speaking but not quite rapping, it's talking with pauses. And you can probably do it, too.

Perfect is a perspective, so why not believe everything is perfect? If you believe that this reality is not perfect then you are bound to be disappointed by it. If you believe everything here is perfect, it means you get to figure out why and create stories in your life! You can never know if you are right about what you believe is actually perfect, so why not relax and trust that everything is perfect?

It's all about people & spaces! We feel good when we are home with loved ones and can even feel good when we think about home with loved ones. We are capable of creating our own good homey feelings and can turn it on anywhere we go! We don't ever know someone, we only know who we think they are.
With awareness we can make any people or any spaces feel like home or we can simply feel those good feelings whenever we choose.

My first "real" job! I worked as a teacher in a poor neighborhood and quickly learned that there are people with very different lives than mine. The systemic problems that were taught to me in school were very, very real. Seeing the results of those problems while creating a curriculum was too much for me, but I am very grateful for the lessons I learned there.

The beginning of the journey! I left my home state to drive across the country to California. I saw wide open spaces as my friend and I drove into the sunset on a daily basis. With my newfound perspective that Everything is Connected, I saw myself as tiny and huge at the same time! I fell in love with the land and learned many lessons along the way.
