A new podcast from comedian, teaching assistant and semi reluctant cat dad, Jamie Oliphant. Featuring Odin The Cat.
Each week we'll be chatting to teachers, comedians, fashion designers, story tellers, entrepreneurs, therapists and many more!
A little packet of Dreamies for the body and soul.
All under 25 minutes. Because Odin has some very important business to attend to.
Marije was born and raised in the Dutch city of The Hague.
As an easily stressed person she’s always looking for ways to help her find more peace and less stress. Trying to get the hang of that, she’s trained as a massage therapist, yoga teacher and nature coach…and then chose to work in Communications.
She’s mostly trying to learn to be nicer to herself and that it’s okay to rest. This might make you think she’s got it all figured out, but rest assured, she hasn’t. Taking care of your mental and physical well-being is a continuous work in progress, and some days are better than others. Especially during this pandemic.
During the pandemic she started her own youtube channel, where she gives short yoga lessons and massage tutorials. If you want to brush up on your Dutch and feel a bit more zen, do have a peek: https://www.youtube.com/eenportieaandacht
Thanks for listening! Odin will be back soon! Season 2 is on its way featuring - Nabil Abdulrashid (Live At The Apollo), Hannah Witton (Author and YouTuber) and Mark Normand (American Comedian on Netflix)
