<p>Luke Phillips is an executive leader, marketer, growth strategist, and entrepreneur with many years of wide-ranging experience with multiple nonprofits and businesses in the areas of education, healthcare, social enterprise, consumer products, and services. He is experienced in identifying market positioning and leading teams to execute comprehensive and competitive growth strategies focused on long-term goals and measurable benchmarks.</p> <p>As the current Executive Director of Marketing and Enrollment for the Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology, he helped achieve unprecedented enrollment recently seating the largest cohorts in history and reaching maximum capacity for many programs.</p> <p>Luke has taught many marketing, business growth, and branding seminars. In addition to developing and teaching the Success Academy course at SCNM, he is an adjunct faculty currently teaching two classes in Marketing for Health Professions at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). At SCUHS, he previously served as the Executive Director of Marketing, Communication, Brand Management, Admissions, and the Assistant Vice President for the School of Professional Studies, which included undergraduate, continuing education, post-doctoral, certificate, online, accelerated, and completion programs. He helped guide the institution from financial instability to one of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare universities achieving unprecedented and accelerated enrollment growth in every program realizing financial strength and long-term sustainability.</p> <p>Before SCUHS, Luke helped Homeboy Industries, a global nonprofit, stabilize and grow through the launch of a Social Enterprise Food Truck, Homegirl Cafe at Culver Studios, and Grab and Go product line. Efforts resulted in over 150 organizations from 5 continents enrolling in the Global Homeboy Network, and increased sales for silkscreen, catering, HomeboyFoods.com, and other business lines. The Homeboy 5k grew from under 1,000 to over 4,000, and donations tripled. He restructured brand architecture and implemented a cross-channel loyalty program.</p> <p>He also helped launch “Quality Care Homes”, an assisted living facility including marketing and growth efforts, and is the founder of ChiroBoostMarketing.com, a full-service marketing agency for Chiropractors.</p> <p>Luke has been the board chair of marketing and communications for many nonprofits and currently serves on the Los Angeles region board for Young Life and the Advisory Board for the Pepperdine University MA in Social Entrepreneurship and Change.</p>
