<p>This tapping is meant to help you let go of emotions and anxiety from a situation that happened this week that caught you off guard. &nbsp;Take a few minutes before you start to think about the way you felt and the situation, its okay to let the emotions start to fire up - your anger, fear, frustration, or hurt are part of who you are. &nbsp;&nbsp;This tapping will help you release those emotions as you think about the situation. &nbsp;</p> <p>Take a moment after you get done to think or journal about any thoughts, people, colors, other events that come up and/or what shifted as you think about that situation that drove you a little bonkers earlier this week. I"m guessing if you rate the intensity on a scale of 1-10 (1 being low/10 high) it may have come down.&nbsp;</p> <p>Good job taking care of yourself, and feel free to repeat this as often as you need it - and share it with your friends -they may need some extra support now as well. &nbsp;We're all working through this time together. &nbsp;Take care!</p> <p>https://anchor.fm/heather-sawdey/message</p>

<p>This episode is a gratitude tapping to help ground you as life changes around us. &nbsp;Affirming that we may be in a certain state allows us to try on what its like to say that out loud. &nbsp;If you feel twinges as you go through this about certain things we tap on, know thats possibly where your fear lies and allow yourself to relax and know YOU ARE OKAY.</p> <p>I do have to say to you my friends, I was thinking about launching a tapping like this for you and I did a meditation with Douglas Marshall on theworldofdoug.com and he was my tipping point of inspiration. &nbsp;</p> <p>I hope you all have space and time to continue to Tap. &nbsp;On a side note - this is good for people of all ages, littles and seniors as well, so share your tools and as always - Take Care!</p> <p>Heather</p>
