HOW TO MAKE JEANS?
Hi how are you? Welcome to this new episode of how jeans are made.
Did you know that jeans were invented by the California Company and are made from cotton?
And cotton has been grown in Mexico, however, not all cotton can be harvested before the climate changes, so it should be noted that cotton can be harvested faster with machines, after this trucks have been filled by cotton baskets to continue the raw cotton must be converted into denim for that the cotton is cleaned by blowing it in the trash to throw away what is useless, in that process the cotton must be mixed in the blowing room, it is also combed and discarded through a process of cotton thread in each of the stations.
The next step is the mold of the jeans must be cut by individual pieces, these pieces are grouped together with the belt loops joined with a single seam on the edge of the needle and the thicker seam is called the safety stitch. Once made the jeans are cleaned, stretched and shaped for each style, the jeans had gone through a process called hand sanding
indigo threads are sanded by hand what remains is called whiskers, premium denim is often constructed thread by thread
after this the cotton must be dyed for jeans, but the water must be combined with a reducing agent sodium hydrosulfide
Finally, the jeans are washed by stones, these are layered on top of the jeans.
Now we know how they do those jeans that we wear, See you later in the next episode, bye guys
