Antes da pandemia, sempre causava uma estranheza ver uma pessoa que adora uma badalação passar por uma fase mais tranquila e preferir ficar em casa, curtindo uma série. Mas isso é normal. Assim como está tudo bem em ter momentos durante o isolamento em que não se quer participar das reuniões no Zoom ou mesmo ficar mais na sua. Muita gente chama esse tipo de fase de "antissocial", só é importante explicar que a falta de vontade de socializar é diferente de uma patologia chamada transtorno de personalidade do tipo antissocial. Ou seja, considerar antissocial aquele que está mais afastado das reuniões sociais é realmente um equívoco. Há pessoas que convivem bem com essa solitude, , pois se sentem mais produtivas e já aprenderam a apreciar a própria companhia. E isso é muito positivo desde que não provoque tristeza ou ansiedade.
