19. Über Stressbelastung, Mitarbeiterfluktuation und den hybriden bzw. digitalen Arbeitsalltag
<p>Nach einer kleine Pause sprechen Marc und Saskia in dieser Folge wieder über ihren Arbeitsalltag. Die aktuelle Corona-Welle beeinflusst unseren Alltag deutlich. Es ist kaum vorhersehbar, wie sich dieser Winter für uns gestalten und wie sich unsere Arbeitswelt ganz konkret in dieser Zeit weiterentwickeln wird. Klar ist, wir müssen uns weiterhin verändern und persönlich weiterentwickeln. 18. Ist hybrides Arbeiten schon der neue Status Quo?
<p>Unternehmen definieren gerade, wo der Schieberegler für hybrides Arbeiten bei ihnen steht. Im Fokus steht immer auch die Frage, wie viel Flexibilität und Komfort will ein Unternehmen den Mitarbeitenden ermöglichen? Wie viel Freiheit lässt es seinen Mitarbeitenden und wie sehr will es eingreifen in die Art und Weise, wie Mitarbeitende ihren Arbeitsalltag gestalten? Wir befinden uns mitten im Aushandlungsprozess. Verschiedene Erwartungen und Anspruchshaltungen treffen aufeinander. Bedürfnisse bei den Mitarbeitenden haben sich oftmals verändert. Arbeit soll sich mehr ans Leben anpassen und nicht mehr das Leben an die Arbeit. Dennoch ist Arbeit kein Selbstzweck und soll einem Unternehmenzweck dienen. Wie ist das vereinbar?
