<p>Am Rande eines Treffens mit dem Rotary Club Dresden Canaletto und dem Rotaract Club Dresden sprechen die Interacter Maurice, Marie und Lana mit Rotariern, welche Einblick in ihre vielseitigen Lebensläufe und Erfahrungen geben. In mehreren kurzen Interviews geht es um Berufsorientierung sowie Bereicherungen, welche die Mitgliedschaft in einer Organisation, wie Interact oder Rotary, mit sich bringen.</p> <p>Die Veranstaltung fand im Sommer 2020 unter Beachtung der zu der Zeit geltenden Hygienebestimmungen statt.</p>

<p>In this English-language episode we interview UK-based gallerist and artist Monica Petzal. Our interview covers inter alia her work as an artist and curator, women in art and her engagement in the relations between the UK and Dresden, as well as the impact of her familiy´s experience as refugees of National Socialism on her work.</p> <p>In dieser englischsprachigen Episode interviewen wir die Britische Künstlerin und Galleristin Monica Petzal. Unter anderem geht es um ihre Arbeit als Künstlerin und Kuratorin, Frauen in der Kunstwelt und ihr Engagement in den Beziehungen zwischen Dresden und dem Vereinigten Königreich. Des Weiteren gehen wir auch auf die Erfahrungen ihrer Eltern als Flüchtlinge des Nationalsozialismus ein. </p>
