036 - nonverbale Kommunikation
Nonverbale Kommunikation besteht aus Mimik, Gestik, Körperhaltung aber auch aus unserem Habitus. Wir dürfen uns reflektieren, welche Signale wir unseren Kindern durch uns Auftreten und unsere Körperhaltung signalisieren. Beispielsweise ist es in der verbalen Kommunikation mit einem Kind wichtig, ob ich auf Augenhöhe mit dem Kind spreche oder ob ich über dem Kind stehe. Habe ich meine Arme verschränkt oder seitlich am Körper. Entspricht meine Körperhaltung dem gesagten? All diese Dinge sollten wir Erwachsene im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendliche und natürlich auch mit anderen Menschen beachten.

Im Podcast hat Nico immer wieder von der Kommunikation gesprochen. Doch was ist Kommunikation überhaupt. Paul Watzlawick hat hierzu ein Axiom formuliert: "Man kann nicht nicht kommunizieren". Es geht darum, dass wir sowohl verbal als auch nonverbal mit unseren Mitmenschen kommunizieren. In der heutigen Folge wird erklärt, was verbale und nonverbalen Kommunikation ist. Bei Formen der Kommunikation lassen sich auch Methodisch im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen einsetzt.
