<p>29. oktobra raidījumā "Nekā Personīga" izskanēja Klimata un enerģētikas ministra Kaspara Meļņa iecere, kā Latvijā sasniegt klimata neitralitāti, proti - palielinot veco mežu ciršanu Latvijā, lai tos aizstātu ar jaunaudzēm. Kopš šī paziņojuma publiskajā telpā jau ir bijušas vairākas KEM ministra intervijas gan LTV raidījumā "Rīta Panorāma", gan RETV, gan arī Latvijas Radio 1, tomēr tās nevieš pārliecību, ka vecie meži netiks izcirsti.</p>
