Este libro de psicología positiva nos habla de cómo podemos conseguir la felicidad mediante las actividades Flow (no confundir con "tener el Flow", cosa que tenemos), y como vemos, el ejecutar instrumentos puede llegar a ser un estado Flow o de Flujo. <p>Esta semana fue algo distinto, tenemos un primer tema como siempre para conversar de los problemas más comunes que hemos tenido con nuestros instrumentos. Además, les traemos el análisis de "<strong>Range</strong>" un libro de David Epstein, que habla sobre lo importante que es poder saber de muchas cosas distintas (en nuestro caso, instrumentos diversos), y cómo esto podría hacernos más creativos a que si simplemente entrenamos una habilidad toda una vida.
