Desde el centro histórico de Quito el programa EL MENTIDERO, porque como en viejas épocas ese era el nombre que se le daba a la Plaza Grande porque ahí... la lengua afiladísima y terrible de quiteños y quiteñas era capaz de acabar con familias completas, pero también con gobiernos corruptos. Este programa se va a dedicar a esta ciudad, a la gente que la construye, al arte que se produce en esta ciudad pero también de política cultural que es tan importante para nosotros.
