I’m Laura Maria Jiménez—a somatic bodyworker, birth and postpartum doula, breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and mother of three. For more than 20 years, I’ve guided women through life’s deepest transitions using the wisdom of the body, nervous system regulation, conscious motherhood, and embodied healing. Here, we’ll explore conversations that go beyond surface-level wellness.
