Capítulo 1. Fondos europeos: una gran oportunidad, pero no nos ha tocado la lotería
En este primer capítulo, repasamos las “Cinco propuestas para una mejor absorción de los fondos Europeos”, un informe recientemente publicado por Manuel Hidalgo, Senior Fellow en EsadeEcPol y la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Sumando los distintos fondos, Hidalgo calcula que España podría tener acceso durante esta década a 200.000 millones de euros, lo que representa entorno al 16% del PIB español y obligaría a nuestra economía a invertir en proyectos entorno al 2,2% del PIB cada año. El reto para poder gestionar este volumen de gasto será mayúsculo.
