<p>In deze podcast spreken wij mr. Karik van Berloo van Eldermans|Geerts over de bijzondere situatie die ontstaat bij de wijziging van de bekostiging als gevolg van de invoering van het zorgprestatiemodel en artikel 13 lid 5 Zvw, de bepaling die verzekerden bescherming biedt en de verzekerde in de gelegenheid stelt de behandeling op kosten van de zorgverzekeraar te continueren, ook indien de overeenkomst tussen de zorgverzekeraar en de behandelaar inmiddels is geëindigd. </p>
