Saya pribadi mencoba mengartikan "tidak bisa diam" di sini sebagai aktif berkarya atau banyak berkegiatan produktif yang positif. Umur bagai anak dan bapak. Ini yang bikin si anak baru, generasi Z, pola pikirnya terbentang sangat jauh dengan sang bapak si generasi X. Sementara Omnya si generasi Y, mencoba menjadi medium pembawa pesan bagi keduanya. Tapi emang perbedaan usia lantas otomatis menjadi jurang komunikasi kalau kerja bareng?
