Ep. 5 Stand Up And Shout About Love POWER MOVES w/Jessica & Fitz
"My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return" -Maya Angelou
In the words of Maya Angelou, "all great achievements take TIME". It's very easy to buy into the fairy tales you see about love & intimacy in your favorite movies, but what if I told you some of the greatest love stories ever told requires an abundant amount of LOVE, TRUST, FORGIVENESS, & PATIENCE?? Would the love you desire still be worth fighting for?
On this Episode I'm kickin' it and getting put up on game on how to create a healthy balance between love, ambition, family, and STIIL make time to be a dreamer! My favorite power couple, Jessica of Jessica Denae Arts, LLC and Fitz of Hiroshi Bros. Skate & Supply Co., and dropping a lot of gems about love, life, and creativity. Get inspired, yawl! Remember, you can have a romantic life no matter where you are in the cycle of love. Individuality with or without attachment is always a worthy investment. Keep growing!

Ep. 4: Art Starts in the Heart! Healing thru Creativity w/Dana Cecile
How many times have you showed up in life as a "shrinking violet" because it feels like your contributions to humanity doesn't matter? We've all been there and I am here with the loving reminder of..... Well, it DOES! To "create" means to bring something into existence. Why not have it be a life that inspires you, for YOU. Let's face it, it's EASY to feel small, unimportant, and disposable in the world we live in today...especially in the vast universe known as the world wide web but nevertheless, our unique differences DOES MATTER in the grand scheme of things. Honor them.
On this episode, it's an enlightening discussion with illustrator, painter, and jewelry designer, Dana Cadres of Dana Cecile Art & Shop based here in Atlanta on the power self expression through artistry. ENJOY!

Remember, there's nothing wrong with creating a life you're not only proud of, but that makes you happy too. Fly on, free pony! Many times in life we can't "find a home" because we were chosen to build one. Never be afraid of your dreams. Create your own rainbow. All yawl my boos.
