According to a new Bank of Canada, survey, 42 percent of Canadian businesses are reporting labour shortages. Employers in Canada were actively seeking to fill 959,600 vacant positions in the third quarter. One issue facing employers is understanding the generation gaps and what matters to them to take a job and keep it. Today’s guest is Head of Learning & Enablement at Optimus SBR | Board Chair at I4PL. She has co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills and completed Canada’s first national survey on Gen Zs. Since then, she wrote 5 national best-selling books, founded a chain of health and weight loss clinics, has appeared in media from coast to coast, is the nutritional expert on Cityline with Tracy Moore, has helped tens of thousands of people regain their health and vitality and became my best friend, wife and mother to our kids. I could not think of a more qualified person to talk about getting healthy than our guest, Dr. Joey Shulman.
