Episode 3 - Owning Your Authenticity
In this epsiode, I am so excited to welcome my good friend and colleague, Joy Stone. Joy and I met over a decade ago in our positive psychology certification at Kripalu. At the time she was a yoga instructor and I had just left my corporate job in pursuit of what was next for me. Since then we both have helped hundreds of women reclaim their truth and authenticity.
Joy is a spiritual teacher, soul connection coach, and bestselling author. She specializes in empowering women to achieve inner peace, self-trust, and alignment with their soul's truth. Her unique approach weaves together ancient wisdom and contemporary depth psychology to address disconnection, self-doubt and anxiety, promoting confidence, freedom and joy. She is the bestselling author of "If I'm So Spiritual, Why Am I Still So Anxious?"
Today’s topic is all about the owning your authenticity. We discuss how we can become disconnected from our truth, and get stuck in self-sabotaging patterns or cycles of anxiety, and how remembering the truth of who we are, our soul self/true self/authentic self/unseen self is the way to end this suffering. Joy offers her teachings from the perspective of yoga psychology to help aid in a process of reclaiming our power and authenticity. She also shares her own remarkable personal story of how she founds her path, and ended her battle with anxierty and unworthiness, to become a spiritual teacher.

Episode 2 - Beyond Success to Fulfillment
In this episode, I discuss how it is possible to elevate your definition of success beyond the conventional status quo and design a new definition for yourself - one aligned with your purpose and fulfillment - beyond financial success. I want you to know that you can create more meaning and joy in your life and work, while still maintaining your current career and lifetsyle, by getting very intentional and conscious. Pivoting your path like this does take courage and belief in yourself, and a vision bigger than you, but it is 100% possible.
My former long-time client, Abbey Henderson, is a perfect example of what it means to trade-up traditional success for greater fulfillment in your career. Abbey Henderson is the founder and owner of Abaris Financial Group, and she is also the host of the podcast “Wealth beyond Riches.” She is a powerhouse with big dreams!
In my interview with her you will learn how she transformed her business to fulfill her passion of inspiring growth in others - to help her clients live their uniquely fulfilling lives. You will also hear how she navigated her fears and trusted her path to fully step into her calling.
