Verity artifacts update as of 9.19.2025 from Mark Dronen, Elevator 321

After the original edits were complete to Mike's podcast Episode, an opportunity struck me - his content could be repurposed in a way that Elevator 321 hadn't considered. The Elevator 321 interests have been to build an Episode catalog to support our Executive Coaching practice - a way to establish thought leadership as part of a larger premium subscription strategy. The opportunity I saw with Mike's content was to re-purpose it to directly support Verity. We've built syndication abilities to push content to 25+ podcast platforms - the key behind this is with each .mp3 or .mp4 we publish, there are supporting artifacts that are included. The text-based artifacts are tuned for SEO/GEO indexing. Episodes going viral is a fun notion, but our realistic goals are to position Verity to dominate around search. To accommodate GEO search, this has required changes in tactics regarding how activation and general awareness campaigns are designed. Over the last week, we've re-edited Mike's artifacts, correcting the Verity logo and punching up the content (weaving in B-role and supporting graphics and tightening up literally every sentence). What we are doing now is using AI tools to score each artifact, netting changes in Titles, changing Episode Artwork, changing our intros & outros (the beginning and ending of each video), and generally refining each artifact for SEO/GEO indexing and consumption. Part of the above work-flow is the creation of Reels (also known as Trailers) - think 60 second mini-clips that cover a single topic. They are created from the same edited content of the Episode/Chapters - useful as in addition to general promotion, they can be re-purposed to answer questions from prospects, partners, press and recruits - in short, a way to support aggressive scaling goals. While Elevator 321 pushing out Verity tuned content through its syndication channels supports general awareness and drives SEO/GEO. I also recommend a modern from of PR - repurposing the artifacts referenced above. The Notify PR platform has integrated services for press release distribution, media monitoring, social listening, a media contacts database, newsroom publishing, and PR measurement and analytics, all within a single, user-friendly system. They have a curated list of 300 verticals, each made up of journalists, influencers, trade associations and their members, etc. - giving the ability to blast Verity messaging directly to target folks (they also do geographic subsets of Verticals).
