My Return to My Passion, and the Truth of Why I Left

Hello All, For me, this episode has been a long time coming, and in it, I explain everything about why I left, what I have been going through, and why I am returning to my ultimate passion. This was hands-down the hardest episode I have ever recorded. My heart rate was through the roof the whole time recording it, and my hands were shaking profusely, but I needed to get this episode done and put it out there, for many reasons, but mostly, for myself. It is my hope that in sharing my experiences with complete transparency, some people might relate to it, be able to take something away from it, and maybe even become inspired by it. Many more episodes will be coming quite soon, and I will be branching out to interviews and even video podcasts as well. As promised in the episode, I will post my contact information here: Email: alexanderelv8@gmail.com Phone Number: 415-261-8712 Please do not hesitate to call me, text me, email me, or stop me in person to discuss anything about this episode, or what might be going on in your lives. Ultimately, this is what I want to do with my life; share my experiences, and empower people to make changes in their lives, improve upon themselves, pursue their passions, and/or just live a life they are happy and proud to live. We are all in this together, I can't say that enough. My goal is to create a community of people who want to elevate their lives, and help others do the same. So, let's do this, together. Stay tuned for more episodes coming soon, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy lives to allow me to share my experiences, I hope it resonated with you.

The Power of the Process: Focusing on the Journey

Hey there! Super excited for this episode, thank you so much for tuning in to check it out!! I am going to be breaking down why the process should be our goal, and how to make that our goal!! We always hear very successful individuals saying that it's all about the process, and the journey is everything, and in this episode, I will be breaking down why that is the case! Super pumped for this one, and for the format that I am delivering it in!! Please, keep the feedback coming, as it is the only way I can continue to grow!! Please please please, reach out with your feedback!! ESPECIALLY constructive criticism!! I choose to embrace where I fall short, and see those areas as my "R.F.I.s" aka room for improvements! So please, whether it's via the polls and questions I post with the podcasts, or through my social media (@elevationmentor) or through my phone number, which, for now, I will happily put out there!! Because I am genuinely just seeking to create a community of people who are interested in the art of self-development!! Please, help our podcast grow organically, by sharing it with a friend, family member, or anyone you encounter that you feel may find this useful, helpful, or possibly even just needs the boost of motivation! Until next time, so many thanks!! I love you all from the bottom of my heart. ElevateYourMind, ElevateYourLife, ElevateYourWorld! I challenge YOU, today, to step outside your comfort zone, and start a conversation with a stranger, or put yourself out there in any respect. I have found, that by doing this, we open ourselves up to the best and most amazings connections in life. My effort and motto, is to leave every person and place better than I found it. What's yours?

The Power of Identity: How to Turn the Tables on Life and Reality

Very excited about this episode! It's been a long time coming now ( a couple weeks,) and the reason for that little break there, was that I have a very high bar that I set for myself, and much of the content I discuss in this podcast, are all lessons that I have learned from first-hand experience. My efforts here, are to condense the best of what I have learned, and re-shape it into something practical, that all people, from any and all walks of life, may use and/or find helpful!
