How Your Food Waste is Killing The Planet
If food waste were a nation, it would be the third highest producer of greenhouse gases in the world, after China and the United States. While Target 12.3 (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-consumption-production/) of the Sustainable Development Goals (https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/) aims to halve food waste by 2030, a third of the food produced globally simply ends up in the bin annually. In Ghana, food waste makes up 60% of municipal solid waste! That's extremely serious!
Our food waste is killing the planet, but Ohemaa Bentil and Anita Shika can teach us how to control the situation. Listen and share this episode with your friends.

No Nature, No Future
We all make decisions that are beneficial to our financial situation. Unfortunately, most times we do so at the expense of the environment. But truly, "without the environment, we do not have an economy," as aptly summarized by Edwin K. Bamfo.
Listen to ELF's Anita and Edwin discuss how important it is to live a sustainable lifestyle that considers both economic and environmental factors.
