Tarik nafas secara maksimal, tahan 3 – 5 detik Keluarkan udara secara perlahan melalui mulut dengan menguncupkan bibir. Ulangi 5 – 10 kali, lakukan sehari 3 – 4 kali. Bagaimana cara melakukan batuk efektif? Posisi duduk bersandar dengan leher sedikit menunduk Lakukan teknik pernafasan dalam Pada tarikan nafas ke – 4, tahan nafas dan lakukan batuk 2 kali, kemudian keluarkan nafas perlahan melalui mulut.
