<p>Sie musste sterben, weil sie eine Frau ist! </p><p><br></p><p>In unserer aktuellen Podcastfolge sprechen wir mit Lena Gmelin über den Femizid bzw. Intimizid. Lena hat uns mit reingenommen, was sich hinter diesem Begriff verbirgt und ob wir eine genaue Begriffsbestimmung überhaupt im Strafrecht brauchen. Anhand von zwei Fallbeispielen beleuchten wir, wie der BGH Tötungsdelikte in sozialen Näheverhältnissen rechtlich einordnet, und werfen einen kritischen Blick auf die höchstrichterliche Rechtsprechung. <p>Herzlichen Glückwunsch, es ist ein Bachelor!</p><p>Doch was verbirgt sich nun dahinter? Wir haben euch aufgerufen, eure Fragen zum integrierten Bachelor-Studiengang zu stellen, mit dem ab diesem Wintersemester das Jurastudium hier in Konstanz bereichert wird. Jetzt werden sie beantwortet, und nicht von irgendwem oder gar von uns.
