Nazorg; Triggers en Herstel?
Een verslavingsbehandeling bestaat uit primaire behandeling en nazorg. Nazorg richt zich vooral op het handhaven van een evenwicht in het dagelijks leven, het voorkomen van terugval en het verder ontwikkelen van gezonde copingmechanismen.
