Das Wochenbett: Unsere Erfahrung
Das Wochenbett hat uns ehrlich gesagt überrascht. Mama dachte, sie ist schnell wieder auf den Beinen. Doch das war nicht der Fall. Etwa 12 Wochen hat das Wochenbett bei uns gedauert. Bei anderen Paaren im Bekanntenkreis schien es wesentlich kürzer und einfacher. Dadurch haben wir uns irgendwie etwas alleine gefühlt mit dem Struggle. Dazu kam eine Art Angststörung, mit der wir nicht richtig umzugehen wussten. Herausforderung Babyschlaf
Eltern sind müde. Oft für Tage, Wochen und Monate am Stück.
