A Reflection on Self-Ownership, Clear-Minded Living, and Boundaries
At a crossroads between familiarity and fulfillment, in this episode I unpack vivid dreams that tempt me back into old coping patterns, substances, chaos, and performative intimacy; just as I’m moving toward deeper commitment and cohabitation with my partner.
This episode explores how the nervous system clings to what’s recognizable, even when it’s misaligned, and what it takes to feel fear without numbing it. I reflect on releasing the need for external validation, calling my energy back from unreciprocal spaces, and choosing sovereignty and boundaries over familiar chaos.
This is a conversation about sobriety, intimacy, self-trust, and the courage to choose a life that actually feeds you.
✨ Familiar isn’t fulfillment.✨ Fear isn’t a stop sign.✨ Sovereignty is embodied.

The Kind of Grief No One Talks About: Suicide, Shadows, and Soul Forgiveness
This episode honors the grief no one prepares you for—the kind that comes when someone you love dies by suicide, and you're left holding a thousand tangled threads of anger, love, guilt, and silence.
I share a deeply personal story about someone I once held close—someone who hurt me, disappeared, and then left this world in a way that made the grief even messier. This isn’t a tidy conversation about death. It’s a raw eulogy for a soul connection that broke me open and taught me how to hold space for rage, for love, for forgiveness, and for the parts of us that don’t get to say goodbye the way we hoped.
This is shadow work. This is ancestral work. This is about choosing to live when death is all around. And this is a love letter to anyone who has ever grieved someone complicated—and needed permission to feel it all.

Requiem for the Nice Girl
This is the funeral of the nice girl.
The one who said yes when her body whispered no.
The one who confused access with love.
The one who mistook self-abandonment for kindness.
In this episode, I sit with the sacred yes that lives in my sacrum, and the sovereign no that echoes through my solar plexus. I talk about what it really took to stop performing niceness and start practicing kindness—from the gut, from the ground, from a place that doesn’t require me to betray myself.
This isn’t just about boundaries. It’s about burial.
It’s about witnessing the parts of ourselves we were taught to glorify—submissive, smiling, silent—and offering them a dignified goodbye.
So if you’ve ever felt exhausted from being “good,”
If you’ve ever confused survival with softness,
Or if you’re ready to stop being a “nice human” and start being a kind one—
Welcome. Pull up a seat at the wake.
We’re laying her to rest with love.

When “Yes” Wasn’t Really a Yes: Untangling the Mess of Consent
This episode is real, raw, and probably uncomfortable—but it needs to be. We’re talking about consent, not just as a legal checkbox, but as something deeper, messier, and often tangled in layers of conditioning, trauma, and survival. What happens when we say “yes” because we’re afraid, because we’ve been trained to please, or because we don’t even realize we can say no? I’m unpacking my own experiences—where I didn’t have a choice, where I didn’t know I had one, and where I gave my power away without realizing it. This is about breaking the silence, shedding shame, and reclaiming the right to our own boundaries. No more shrinking. No more swallowing our truth. It’s time to take our power back.

Your Body is Yours-Even When the Past Says Otherwise
Teenage years can be a battleground of self-worth, where the world tries to tell you that your value is tied to what your body can offer instead of who you are. The secrets we carry—the ones we were too young to understand, too afraid to speak—can feel like chains, but they don’t define us.
In this episode, we get real about the pressure to equate worth with sex, the fight for autonomy, and the power of reclaiming your choices. We explore what it means to understand your no, how to ask for consent from yourself before anyone else, and why self-ownership is the first step toward true empowerment.
You can’t change the past, but you can hold space for yourself with love, acceptance, and the knowing that you are more than what happened to you.
