23. What Is Energy? (Through Stories, Not Science)
<p>This podcast episode is in response to a conversation with a client where she was saying so many people are talking about how powerful energy work is, but not explaining what “energy work” actually is!</p><p>For so long I have thought about doing an episode on what ENERGY is and how it's absotutely life changing, but I got caught up thinking it had to be technical and science based.
