I made a mistake, now what?
Did you make a mistake?
Are you feeling really bad about yourself? Stressing over it? Feeling like it's the end of the world?
You are not alone. We are all human and we all make mistakes.
You have two options, are you going to let this bring you down? Or, are you going to use this to propel you to a better version of yourself?

Get out of your COMFORT ZONE - Feel like a WARRIOR!
Are you living in your comfort zone? Doing the same things every day, talking to the same people, and dreaming about a better life and wondering why nothing is changing for you?
My life would not be what it is now if I did not learn that growth comes from discomfort. You NEED to put yourself out there, show up and face things that make you anxious or uncomfortable if you want to grow.
When you do things that you have been avoiding or that you always wanted to try. You will feel like a WARRIOR.
Achieving your goals, attaining success, living your dreams, that all happens when you get out of your comfort zone. You never know until you try something new. I believe in you.

Reclaim your focus - My experience with the "Brain Fog Fix"
Inspired by Dr. Mike Dow's book "The Brain Fog Fix".
The average person in America is not in optimal mental health. Many are feeling anxious, depressed and BLAAAAH!
We don't realize that our brain health and mood are predominantly affected by lifestyle choices that are fully in our control.
I share my favourite takeaways that I have applied to my diet, exercise and lessons about digital distractions.
I highly recommend Dr. Dow's three week fix to reclaim your focus, memory and joy.

Stepping stones
I wanted to remind you about the importance of stepping stones when it comes to changing your life.
Rome was not built in a day.
This episode is inspired by one of my favorite books that I highly recommend to anyone who is on a self-improvement journey:
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear.

It’s a special space in your home that you decorate, and fill with things that remind you of what is important to you.
It’s a space that reminds you to be present in the moment and to take a moment to be grateful, whether you’re religious or spiritual, so to remember to incorporate prayer, or meditation or setting intentions in your life.
Listen to learn how you can created your own "sacred space: in your home, to feel more joy in your life.
