<p>La presión arterial siempre es un reto para el médico de Urgencias, sin embargo cuando tenemos un paciente con una patología neurológica se hace mucho más relevante un adecuado control de la PA, respectando los límites, entendiendo la fisiopatología en cada caso en particular y aplicando correctamente el manejo.
