[…] Just like the idea always say there is nothing more powerful the leader that can admit they don't have all the answers all the time yes we want to suit confidence we want to have that count you never can crumble under leadership you never can show panic and show fear. What you can do is and I do this all the time and leaders not going to have all the answers especially the bigger your organization you shouldn't have all the answers I mean there's experts in different areas on your teams that background diversity and getting coming out. And so when you can go to them and say look here's what I think the team what do you think and guess what a lot of times you're going to get better answers and you thought about that's that's what leaders are about it's taking that feedback and and Craig your point I mean if you're doing leadership right guess what there are going to be people that don't like.
