These times come and go throughout life, but being in the thick of it can feel so sticky.</p><p>So how do we move past this? I’m glad you asked, because I’m asking it too. As I write this, I’m still in the funk (deeper than I’d like to be) but slowly & surely I’m finding my way out.</p><p>As I’ve been trying to get back to baseline, I’ve come up with a little guide of some things that help me feel a little better every day.
