#9 - Trauma & Relationship with Alissia Kurtz

An exciting constellation in todays podcast, as Alissia is the partner of Max, the co-host of the show. Alissia herself experienced highly emotional distressed situations in her upbringing which later in her life showed up in the form of eating disorders, intense emotional break-downs, chronic pain, burnout and left her in a state which makes it very difficult to be in a healthy romantic relationship. It takes a lot of courage & vulnerability to talk about these topics so we are very happy & thankful for Alissia’s open and courageous heart. Be ready for an open, authentic conversation which will give you valuable insights about how our past can affect our relationships later in life. Infos about Alissia Kurtz: Alissia is a musician, yoga teacher and self-employed marketing & creative manager. With only 23 years old she quit her job in an office as she knew that this path was slowly but surely destroying her mentally & physically. Without having a concrete plan she trusted that things will turn out in a good way. She invested her time & money into self-exploration & retreats where she also met Max and a completely new chapter of her life started.
