Waiting on God: How to Trust God When Nothing Is Changing

How do you trust God when you’ve been praying, waiting, and believing—but nothing seems to be changing? In this episode of the Empowered by God Podcast, we’re talking about how to trust God in the waiting, especially when you’re struggling with unanswered prayers, discouragement, or wondering if God is still working behind the scenes. I share parts of my own testimony, from walking through grief and uncertainty to waiting on God for marriage, financial breakthrough, healing, and direction—and what God taught me about trusting His timing even when I couldn’t see what He was doing. We’ll look at biblical truth about waiting on God, trusting Him when life doesn’t make sense, staying faithful in seasons of uncertainty, and continuing to obey what God has already asked you to do. If you’ve been asking, “Why hasn’t God answered my prayer?” or “How do I keep trusting God while I wait?” this episode is for you. Your waiting is not wasted. God can use the season you’re in to deepen your faith, develop your character, heal what needs healing, and prepare you for what’s ahead. 🎙️ In this episode: • How to trust God while waiting • What to do when God hasn’t answered your prayers • Trusting God’s timing • Staying faithful when nothing seems to be changing • What God may be developing in you during the waiting • My testimony of waiting on God for marriage, healing, and direction • Biblical encouragement for seasons of waiting and uncertainty Scriptures referenced include Proverbs 3:5–6, Habakkuk 2:2–3, Romans 8:28, Isaiah 40:31, James 1, and Ephesians 6.

You’ll be reminded that your waiting season has purpose, you are being prepared, not forgotten and your breakthrough is being developed.
