"Empowering Littles" is a safe zone for kids as we dig deep and navigate the really hard times while learning how to still find the positives and EMBRACE the fun! We are all about connecting the dots between adult life and kid life so we can have a better understanding of one another, have deeper and more exciting conversations with our littles, and BUILD confidence!
Today we are back and ready to take this negative morning and turn it into a positive! I don't know about you but I know I have personally woken up and just really been frustrated about having to get up! I want to sleep in and sleep longer it feels so good but we all know that sometimes we just have to do the things that are hard like get up because we have school or work or whatever other appointment there may be. So today when it is one of those harder mornings we are going to work through it together as we are reminded we have the power to turn one horrible moment into a day full of positive moments! One negative does not cancel all the positives but WE have to make the change! Listen in to hear how we are making the change and what your challenge of the week is! Once you listen all the way through I will be waiting over on Instagram to hear how the challenge went! Instagram: @Talia_Anderson__ (https://www.instagram.com/talia_anderson__/)

Let's Learn To Control Our Breathing
Today's episode was really fun to make! We are going to practice together in real time controlling our breathing through a few different exercises. We are going to learn the importance of this tool and learn how to master it!! If your kids struggle with strong emotions this episode is going to help them learn to take control! Maybe your kids do not struggle with emotions but love sports or singing; learning to control your breathing can help with all of these things even anxiety before tests or speaking in the classroom!
I know this will be transformative for you all and I can not wait to hear how it helps you and your family specifically! Personally let me know over on Instagram! (https://www.instagram.com/talia_anderson__/)
Until next time! XOXO

How Others Impact Our Open Mind
If you are looking for a way to teach your kids awareness of those around them this episode is for you! In today's episode we are talking about how just because others make certain decisions or conclusions about a person place or thing does not mean we have to have that conclusion before trying/ experiencing it first! This episode can stand on its own orrr can be a part 2 to last weeks episode about being open minded which focused specifically on ourselves. This week we tie in those around us and expand a little bit deeper into the idea of having an open mind.
If this episode helps you and your family please share it with someone else so we can continue supporting as many families as possible and please come let me know so I can personally thank you for listening in! My Instagram: HERE (https://www.instagram.com/talia_anderson__/)
Until next time! XOXO
