EP9: 50th Birthday & Launch of Pa Pius Agweye Foundation
Welcome back to empower series with Mary. This will be my first post in a few months because It has been a very hectic few months, first I joined the 50 fifty club and dedicated my bday to launch my nonprofit organization called Pa Pius Agweye Foundation a.k.a PPAF.
PPAF is a non- profit Organization founded on the principles that , Education is a commitment to Excellence and Learning, making education affordable to all by creating platforms through which every child accesses good and quality education in a conducive and 21st century compliant environment.
My father Pa Pius Or Teacher as most people fondly called him lived a very humbled, sacrificial ,impactful life through teaching and serving his community.
So there's no better way to continue his legacy which he selflessly founded several schools (some named after him) and devoted his lifetime than this - to continue to carry the education touch forward indirectly through providing needed aid and supplies.
So to enable us reach our goal, Please visit www.papiusagweyefoundation.org (http://www.papiusagweyefoundation.org/) to support us with your donation. "It truly takes a village"
I'm lining up some amazing guest in my upcoming episodes, so don't forget hit the subscribe button so you receive all of my new episodes.

EP7: A powerful conversation with 2 Women Leaders to Celebrate Women’s Month
It's pleasure to have these two powerful leaders join me, to discuss the unique ways we have found success in our professional and personal lives. As we all know, 2020 and for most part even first quarter of 2021 has led a lot of people to be more nimble, agile, flexibility and most of all very innovative in our ways of thinking and working.
So I want us to have an authentic conversation and share insights on how we've continue to rise above the challenges to meet the demands of these challenging times, to collaborate and celebrate each other.
As my favorite Author, Toni Morrison said "If you're free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else".
Let this session be a moment to celebrate yourself, share, and uplift other women.
