Nuestro proceso se origina en la cría del ganado en pasturas naturales del campo colombiano, donde los animales que pastan tienen un rol integral en la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente. Respetamos la totalidad de los bosques, árboles, esteros, cañadas y ríos de nuestras fincas y únicamente optimizamos las praderas existentes con una buena gestión y rotación del ganado. Los bosques nativos conservan la flora natural de la región y la fauna es exuberante, pudiendo encontrar micos, tigrillos, venados, lagartos, roedores, pájaros e insectos en abundancia.
