Dr. Santhiny Rajamohan
Her talk was centered on our own responsibility to be part of the fruition of ”beloved community.” She encouraged us to get a bit uncomfortable talking to people who were different from us--not just racially, but culturally, socioeconomically or otherwise.
The goal might be to learn from new perspectives and see the real value of another human being working alongside us to become his or her best as we’re doing the same.
She worked through an acronym of B-E-L-O-V-E-D C-O-M-M-U-N-I-T-Y in her talk.
