<p data-sourcepos="3:1-3:319">När man på habiliteringen satte sig ner och började bena ut vad som händer när ett barn helt plötsligt fyller 18 år och ska vidare ut i länets kommuner, fick man ihop en whiteboard översvämmad av arbetsuppgifter som skulle utföras.
