Lukas 10:20. Jesus är tydlig med att den som tror på honom har sitt namn skrivet i livets bok. Detta är inte någon himmelsk gästbok för tillfälliga besökare, nej det är den bok där Gud skriver in kontaktuppgifter till alla sina närmaste familjemedlemmar. Som efterföljare till Jesus är vi med andra ord medborgare i Guds rike och har en himmelsk adress till vilken vi är på väg. Denna tillhörighet har inget motstycke och är tillgänglig för dig och mig. Välkommen till: Guds adressbok.

På samma sätt utmanar och uppmanar Jesus dig och mig idag till att svara på kallelsen och anta uppdraget. Genom den Helige Andes överseende och varsamma ledning är du och jag inbjudna till att omsätta den kraft och makt som blivit oss givna, genom och i honom, för Gudsrikets utbredande och människors räddning. Välkommen till: kraftbärare.

I Lukas kapitel 9 vers 12 har Jesus precis undervisat en folkskara på si så där 5000+ personer om Guds rike och helat de som var sjuka. Det var nu sent på dagen och både Jesus, lärljungarna och folket började bli hungriga. Lärljungarna föreslog att man skulle skicka iväg folket så att de kunde skaffa mat och husrum. Istället utmanar och uppmanar Jesus lärljungarna att själva ordna fram mat till alla, lärljungarna hittar en pojke med fem bröd och två fiskar. Välkommen till en ny episod: mästarens händer.
